I've been here a few times, and am yet to be impressed. Remember though, I've had some ripping coffee (I'm looking at you, Espresso 3121, Deadman, Market Lane, Crue, Midali, Monk Bohdi Darmi, Miss Jackson, Succulent @ Byron, Small Block).
I've had soy lattes, normal lattes, most coffees.
This day, I had a double ristretto, which was solid. The forgot about that though (yes, yes, that happens).
The latte was ok.
The thing is, the quality of coffee will depend on who's serving (which I think is a no-no; consistency is key).
The Brown Cow is more consistent and very solid.
Worth a look, but it could go either way.
