Thank you so much for this review. I had been looking into getting reusable cups to sell in my wholefoods shop after someone came in with a KeepCup. I had wanted to go for something different because I know that they are sold just down the road. My searches turned up the BYO Coffee Cup and I was on the verge of ordering a couple for myself because I liked the look so much when I came across your video review. The issues that you highlight in the review made me change my mind and we’re going back to the KeepCup after all.
